She works with your entire organization—or splits into focused breakout sessions for sales, service, HR, or leadership—to address the specific challenges holding your team back. 6 Week Skill Mastery

In this 6-week process of skill mastery, Natty leads your team through 90-minute weekly sessions designed to build the core competencies of a specific skill necessary for the movement of your organization. These masterclasses include: Communication, Change Management, Conflict Resolution, Motivation, and Finding Clarity. In each 6 week immersive experience, you will master one new skill that will impact how to communicate with clarity, or motivate your team with confidence, or navigate high-stress/high-emotion environments, or even how to create a compelling vision your people can rally behind.
